Terms of service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use PrecisionCheats. You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing and using game enhancements is permitted where you live. Using these tools may violate the terms of the games you play and can result in account penalties or bans. You accept that risk entirely.

We sell digital game enhancement tools, delivered as a license and a loader. Access is provided for the subscription period you purchase. We do not sell game accounts and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game developer, publisher, or anti-cheat provider.

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for a single user. You may not:

• resell, sublicense, share, rent, or redistribute your license or any tool;
• use a single license across multiple people or in any automated or bulk fashion.

Your license key is yours to keep private. Sharing it is grounds for termination without compensation.

Reverse engineering our products is strictly prohibited. You may not decompile, disassemble, debug, deobfuscate, crack, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, logic, or structure of our tools or loader. You may not circumvent, disable, remove, or interfere with our licensing, obfuscation, or anti-tamper protections, and you may not extract, copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our software.

All intellectual property in our tools and loader is and remains ours. Any attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, crack, or redistribute our products results in immediate and permanent termination without compensation, and we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

Licenses are issued the moment payment clears and run for the term you purchased. When a product is taken offline for an update, the affected subscription time is paused and credited back, as described in our refund policy. Where a recurring subscription is offered, you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date.

By using PrecisionCheats you agree not to:

• commit fraud, including initiating chargebacks or payment disputes (see the refund policy);
• impersonate our staff or other users;
• leak, mirror, or publish our builds, private channels, or internal materials;
• abuse our support, infrastructure, or rate limits, or attempt to disrupt the service;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Payments are processed by third-party providers, including card and cryptocurrency processors. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase. We do not store your full payment details.

All sales are final. We do not issue monetary refunds; instead we compensate downtime by crediting lost subscription time. Full details are in our refund policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you are an EU or UK consumer, your statutory rights and the right-of-withdrawal terms in the refund policy apply.

The service and all products are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, undetectability, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge that anti-cheat systems change constantly and that using our tools carries an inherent risk of detection and account loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrecisionCheats is not liable for any account bans, suspensions, lost progress, data loss, or other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice and without compensation, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the service or other users.

All software, code, branding, and content on PrecisionCheats are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Game names, trademarks, screenshots, and logos referenced on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new date above, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrecisionCheats operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
