Refund policy.

Short version: all sales are final and we do not issue monetary refunds. What we do instead is make sure you never pay for downtime. If a product cannot be used, your time is credited back.

All sales are final

Our products are digital and delivered instantly. The moment your license and loader are issued, the sale is complete and non-refundable. This applies regardless of usage, detection events, or a change of mind. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept this.

EU and UK consumers: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, at checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once delivery begins. That is why all sales are final.

This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights, including remedies where digital content is faulty or not as described. Those rights remain regardless of anything in this policy.

What we do instead: downtime compensation

We do not refund, and we also do not charge you for time a product cannot be used. When a product goes down for an update, maintenance, or a detection event, we pause the affected subscription and add the lost time back once it returns. You only spend days the tool is actually working.

Compensation is always applied as added subscription time or store credit, never as a cash refund.

Subscriptions pause during updates

When a title updates and we take a product offline to rebuild it, the clock on every active subscription for that product stops. When the verified build ships, your subscription resumes with the downtime credited. You can track the live state of every product on the status page.

Detection and bans

We work hard to stay undetected but cannot guarantee immunity, and you use our tools at your own risk. A ban or detection is not grounds for a monetary refund. Confirmed downtime is compensated as described above. We never knowingly sell a detected product, and the status page reflects the current state in real time.

Wrong product or compatibility

If you are unsure whether a product fits your game or hardware, ask before you buy and our team will help. If you purchase the wrong product, we may offer an exchange to another product or store credit at our discretion. We do not issue cash refunds for buyer error.

Chargebacks and disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us is treated as fraud. It results in immediate and permanent termination of access with no compensation, and we reserve the right to pursue the matter further. If you have a problem, talk to us first. We resolve issues quickly.

How to request compensation

To claim downtime compensation or discuss an exchange, reach us on Discord or email [email protected] with your order ID. We respond around the clock.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date above.
